Our brand department is growing and we’re looking for a designer who wants to be a major part of it. You’ll have the chance to be the primary designer on a range of projects in a bunch of different mediums. You’ll create everything from logos & identity, signage, wayfinding, environmental graphics, packaging, collateral, stationery, menus, social, digital, and bring experiential ideas into architectural spaces. Each of our projects is unique, but we come at every one with a holistic design approach. All team members bring their ideas and expertise to the table, whether they are architects, interior designers, graphic designers, copywriters, hobby bartenders, chefs, or vintage car enthusiasts. We all make the stuff together.
Who are you? Someone who got excited about what they just read. We’re looking for someone who has great creative energy, approaches each challenge as an opportunity, loves coming up with a range of ideas, and works hard at their craft to explore and execute those ideas at a high level. You want to do great creative work that means something to people, and you want to keep making that work better.

4+ years of professional experience in a design studio, advertising agency, or other professional design environment
Must have a portfolio. Professional experience in logo & identity design preferred.
Strong conceptual & strategic design thinking
Skilled in Adobe CC. Especially Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
Comfortable presenting your own work to clients
Experience translating brand design into physical spaces a plus (signage, wayfinding, environmental graphics, murals, etc.)
