Our clients came to us looking to develop several lots in this East Somerville neighborhood. They wanted to maximize as much of the buildable square footage as allowable by zoning while also creating a modern, attractive, and highly efficient building. The result is this beautiful 10-unit multi-family consisting of four 1-bedroom units, five 2-bedroom units, and one 3-bedroom unit, with a large shared roof deck, basement, and enclosed bicycle parking.
