Where Worcester
goes next.
The Cove
Worcester is a city reinventing itself, and we've had the fortunate opportunity to be at the center of that reinvention with some great clients. Together we’ve been collaborating and helping to create The Cove, the cornerstone development next to Polar Park, the new minor league ballpark.
With 225,000 sf of residential space, 320 units (studios, 1 beds, 2 beds), and 50,000 sf of retail space, including a bowling alley and brewery, it’s going to be the undoubted hub of the Canal District neighborhood. The residences boast amenities that really no one else can match, including multiple terraces, shared workspaces, a lobby gathering space, a 200-space parking garage, a multipurpose studio & gym, and last but absolutely not least, a rooftop deck with stadium-style seating looking directly into the ballpark. It’s literally the best seat in the house to live and play in Worcester. Logistically, the development will also bring much-needed housing to the fast-growing Worcester community. Holistically, it will serve as a major catalyst for the next phase in Worcester’s inventive history and become an inclusive destination that tenants, locals, and visitors can all call home and enjoy day in and day out. Play ball.
