Tous Les Jours
When international, French-Asian inspired bakery Tous Les Jours looked to create their new Boston home, they called on JtA to help them out. With over 300 different kinds of tasty treats, they needed space, not only to bake them, but also to share them.
To do this, we had to make substantial structural and mechanical upgrades to the base building before design work could even begin. Our solution was to create a full production bakery in the basement and service the street-level café via a dumbwaiter. This clever solution maximized the limited space for both needs and allowed us to fully integrate the existing brand design standards into the café and seating areas. Because when all is said and done, that’s what keeps the customers coming back and craving more.
