Café Sushi
A long-standing fixture in both Cambridge and the national sushi scene, Café Sushi was looking to update their appearance while staying true to what got them there in the first place. So we were careful to maintain the cherished history of the space.
We kept the overall layout very similar, with the sushi bar in the same footprint. Not only because guests have come to know and love it for the last 30 years, but also because it still works great. It just needed a thoughtful update. So we added more functionality to the chef's customer-facing workspace and gave the space an overall facelift. The result is an even fresher take on their amazingly fresh sushi and a Café Sushi experience that guests can love for many more years to come.
