Grassona’s
Rebranding Brookline’s Fairsted Kitchen into Grassona’s Italian was bittersweet but necessary. The neighborhood was changing, so the owners sought to adapt as well.
With that, we sought to reuse what was so great about the original space and enhance the dining room to give the new concept a fresh start. With minimal cost and high impact design, we were able to transform Fairsted's contemporary American flavor with hints of the Middle East, into classic Italian. The most dramatic updates were achieved by creative lighting, updated furniture, and of course paint. Variety is the spice of life, and Grassona’s picked up right where Fairsted left off. Mangia!
