A big pour
of personality and passion.
      Lord Hobo
Lord Hobo has garnered quite the following by focusing on a great lineup of beers with lots of personality. But on the back burner remained their goal of opening a one-of-a-kind taproom that would excite their beloved following. We were thrilled to help make that dream come true.
To do so, we had to create a taproom that was more than simply an extension of warehouse space. So we worked diligently to connect our design to the greater LHBC brand, and their sister bar in Cambridge, with a vernacular the owner has coined “Viking Industrial”. The end result is an extremely striking beer hall with big wooden beams, wooden columns, and custom lighting that echoes the Lord Hobo logo. Another important functional aspect of the design is the connectivity to the brewhouse through an overhead door and large windows that frame the canning line. Top it all off with a bold, dedicated retail space and you’ve got a taproom that Lord Hobo loyalists love to make the pilgrimage to. Or as they've dubbed it, The Humble Castle.
