Our friends at Maark have been doing their digital thing and doing their digital thing very well. Which meant they needed even more office space. We were once again excited to help them out and design the next phase of their expansion.
As part of this 2nd phase, we transformed their previously dark, unused basement into a bright, open-concept workspace. We were careful to maintain the industrial charm of the building but give it a very modern yet comfortable aesthetic. Most importantly, the overall design is very multifunctional to accommodate today’s more fluid workstyle and varied uses. Some notable spaces within the larger space include various conference rooms, several breakout rooms, a large communal kitchen and meal area, a nursing room, as well as a podcast room. We love how it came out and can’t wait for the next phase, which we are in the midst of now.
