The food truck.
Minus the truck.
Roxy’s Allston
Roxy’s first brick and mortar location had a lot to live up to. Customers had long loved their food trucks, but with trendy Allston as the first permanent location, it was imperative that their brand translate into the physical space.
Our design made sure of it with bold dark walls, bright yellow tile and massive stripes that instantly command your attention. The rough furniture conjures up the industrial feel of the trucks while the space’s centerpiece, a wall-sized clipboard calendar, lets customers know where all of the restaurant’s mobile counterparts will be. Walk downstairs to the back of the house, and you’ll find a full commissary kitchen that supplies said mobile counterparts with everything they need, day in and day out. The design not only carries Roxy’s brand forward but also provides real value to the business by serving multiple purposes.
