Skip the 14-hour flight and head to Allston for some of the most unbelievable, traditional Japanese ramen you will ever have.

The team at Santouka perfected the art of crafting ramen over 36 years ago in Japan, and they have been thoughtfully bringing their dining experience to dedicated ramen fans ever since. We had the pleasure of working with the Santouka team to bring their latest location to life, and we were extremely mindful of staying true to their core values. Their ramen is simple in nature but incredibly thoughtful in how it is made– simmered for 20 hours, seasoned lighter-than-average, and enjoyed slowly to the last drop. Our design for the space is similar. It’s light on the design salt, showcases the preparation of the ramen, and creates a relaxing and uncluttered environment for customers to simply sit and sip.
