Sepia at Ink Block
*IN PROGRESS* The Sepia at the Ink Block is a premier luxury condo residence in Boston’s South End. As such, our clients are constantly looking to provide their residents with the very best. Our efforts focused on redesigning their most high-impact common spaces and leveling them up.
The primary area we put our attention was the main lobby and reception area. We wanted to create a significant, sophisticated impact as soon as people came in. For the lobby, we designed striking custom millwork with large modern bookshelves and complemented it with crisp cream furniture. Warm woods connect the seating area to reception, which strikes its own moment of floor-to-ceiling millwork. Marble shines with glimmering gold to welcome residents home and wow their visitors. Similar fit and finish carry over to the traveler’s room, creating a shared yet personal space for residents to enjoy. Last but not least, we redesigned the corridors throughout the building, bringing them up to modern trend and tread.
