Square Mfg Co
One of the projects we’ve had the opportunity to create completely from scratch is Square Mfg Co, a brand-new, Detroit-style pizza shop. Our fantastic clients’ roots are in Michigan and they wanted to bring the thick, chewy, gooey goodness they love here to New England.
It’s a completely different style of pizza with sauce on top and baked in blue steel pans (originally they were auto parts trays) so the brand needed to leverage those delicious differences, educate a little, and set itself apart while still staying true to its iconic origins. Paired with our architectural and interior design, Square opened shop on its first location in December 2020 and hasn’t looked back. Even amidst the pandemic, they’ve been cranking out squares and selling out daily. Now they’re looking to open location number two, five, and hopefully, fifteen. We’re super excited to continue being a part of it and can’t wait to see where they go from here. In the meantime, stop by and grab some for yourself. It’s Detroit done right.
