Located on the beautiful little sliver of land that is Plum Island, Sunset Club started as a dream to create a space where the surrounding communities could come together, relax, enjoy a family-friendly atmosphere, and take in the gorgeous landscapes they live by. The space used to be an old auto shop, so we leveraged the large garage door openings to open up as much outdoor access as we possibly could. The interior is quaint, cozy, and airy as the sea breeze pours in. But the oversized exterior patio, is where the space really shines. Guests can take their pick of an array of colorful Adirondack chairs, belly up to numerous outdoor bars, get down with their grub at picnic tables, or cozy up around the communal firepit as they take in the breathtaking backdrop of the marshes and namesake sunsets. For this design, less was definitely more. The people and Mother Nature take care of the rest.
